Domestic: Slovenia (national coverage).
International: currently not enabled. If expanded, terms for EU/EEA will be added.
- Order processing: typically 0–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Transit time: standard delivery usually 2–5 business days from confirmation (most shipments via GLS; other carriers may be used when optimal).
- Peak periods/pre-orders: processing may be longer for new releases or stock delays; we will notify you by email.
Calculated and shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. From time to time, free shipping thresholds or promotions may apply (clearly displayed at checkout).
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.
- Ensure accurate address and contact phone/email.
- Couriers may require a signature. If undeliverable, carriers may hold at a pickup point or return to sender
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery, or non-collection, we will refund minus original shipping and return costs (unless we made an error). Reshipment is possible upon payment of new shipping charges.
- Damaged parcel/items: take photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product; contact info@drinkhq28.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Lost shipments: if tracking shows no movement for a reasonable period, we will open a carrier investigation and replace or refund once confirmed lost.
- Short shipments: report within 7 days.
For availability reasons, items may ship separately at no extra cost (you will be informed if this occurs).
Domestic Slovenian orders include VAT at checkout. (If we open EU shipping later, we will clarify VAT/ duties by destination.)
