Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm the order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email.
Payments are processed via Stripe/Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards).
We do not store card numbers—payments are handled securely by the payment provider.

Contact us immediately. If the parcel hasn’t been handed to the courier, we’ll correct the address. After dispatch, changes are not guaranteed.
Yes. Invoices are issued via Metka Kocka and sent electronically (and/or included in the parcel), stored in line with legal requirements.
When you confirm the order. If the payment fails, the order isn’t completed.
From time to time. Enter the code at checkout. If it doesn’t work, check spelling, validity dates, minimum spend, and product exclusions.
Currently we ship in EU. International shipping is not enabled at this time.
Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation. During peak times or supplier delays, we’ll let you know.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
The courier may try again or redirect to a pickup point. You’ll receive instructions from the courier.
Check the tracking first. If there’s no movement for an extended period, email info@drinkhq28.com and we’ll open a carrier investigation.
Photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and product, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, we may refund minus original shipping and return costs (unless the error was ours). Reshipment is possible with new shipping charges.
Yes. As an EU consumer you have a 14‑day right of withdrawal without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive the goods.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed food supplements cannot be returned, unless defective or incorrect.
Unopened, undamaged, in original packaging with all seals and labels intact.
The customer, unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item).
Within 14 days of delivery, email info@drinkhq28.com with your order number, item(s), and reason. We’ll send return instructions.
Within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return—refunds go to the original payment method.
Due to stock turnover we can’t guarantee direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible) for a refund.
Within 7 days of delivery, send photos (outer box, inner packaging, product, batch/LOT). We’ll offer a replacement or refund, including return shipping where applicable.
For bundle returns, refunds are adjusted to reflect the effective bundle price. Free gifts tied to order value must be returned or their value may be deducted.
We reserve the right to limit returns that are inconsistent with our policy.
