ORDERS and PAYMENTS

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm the order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed via Stripe/Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards).

We do not store card numbers—payments are handled securely by the payment provider.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Email us as soon as possible at info@drinkhq28.com. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can try to update or cancel it.

I entered the wrong address—what should I do?

Contact us immediately. If the parcel hasn’t been handed to the courier, we’ll correct the address. After dispatch, changes are not guaranteed.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. Invoices are issued via Metka Kocka and sent electronically (and/or included in the parcel), stored in line with legal requirements.

When is my card charged?

When you confirm the order. If the payment fails, the order isn’t completed.

Do you offer discount codes?

From time to time. Enter the code at checkout. If it doesn’t work, check spelling, validity dates, minimum spend, and product exclusions.

SHIPPING and TRACKING

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship in EU. International shipping is not enabled at this time.

How long does delivery take?

Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation. During peak times or supplier delays, we’ll let you know.

Which courier do you use?

Mostly GLS; we may use other partners when optimal.

How can I track my parcel?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link.

What if I’m not home at delivery?

The courier may try again or redirect to a pickup point. You’ll receive instructions from the courier.

My parcel is delayed—what should I do?

Check the tracking first. If there’s no movement for an extended period, email info@drinkhq28.com and we’ll open a carrier investigation.

Damaged parcel or missing item

Photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and product, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong address / undeliverable package

If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, we may refund minus original shipping and return costs (unless the error was ours). Reshipment is possible with new shipping charges.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES and REFUNDS

Can I return an item?

Yes. As an EU consumer you have a 14‑day right of withdrawal without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive the goods.

Which items cannot be returned?

For health protection and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed food supplements cannot be returned, unless defective or incorrect.

What condition must items be in?

Unopened, undamaged, in original packaging with all seals and labels intact.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer, unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item).

How do I start a return?

Within 14 days of delivery, email info@drinkhq28.com with your order number, item(s), and reason. We’ll send return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return—refunds go to the original payment method.

I want an exchange

Due to stock turnover we can’t guarantee direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible) for a refund.

Damaged / defective item

Within 7 days of delivery, send photos (outer box, inner packaging, product, batch/LOT). We’ll offer a replacement or refund, including return shipping where applicable.

Partial returns of bundles and free gifts

For bundle returns, refunds are adjusted to reflect the effective bundle price. Free gifts tied to order value must be returned or their value may be deducted.

Abusive or excessive returns

We reserve the right to limit returns that are inconsistent with our policy.

PRODUCTS and USAGE

Are your products medicines?

No. They are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always read the label.

Can I take your products if I have a medical condition or take medication?

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Are the products suitable for vegans/vegetarians/allergies?

It depends on the specific product. Check the product page and allergen list or contact us.

What is the shelf life?

See the product packaging (LOT/EXP). Store as directed by the manufacturer.

How should I store supplements?

Keep in original packaging, in a dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.

Do I need an account to buy?

No—you can check out as a guest. An account makes future purchases faster and lets you view order history.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Click Unsubscribe in any marketing email, or email info@drinkhq28.com.

How do I create/reset my password?

On the sign‑in page, choose “Forgot password” and follow the instructions.

Do you share my data with others?

Only with service providers necessary to operate the store (Shopify, Stripe, couriers, accounting). See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Email info@drinkhq28.com. Note: we must retain certain order/invoice data to meet legal obligations.

INVOICES, TAXES and BUSINESS ORDERS

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Prices are shown including VAT, unless otherwise stated on the site.

How do I get a business invoice?

At checkout, enter your company details and VAT ID. The invoice is issued via Metka Kocka and sent electronically.

Can I request a copy of an old invoice?

Yes—email info@drinkhq28.com with your order reference.

Do you provide quotes/pro forma invoices?

For larger orders, contact us and we’ll check options.
